The OGLE coordinates should be pretty reliable (like ~1"), so this
object, some 15" away, doesn't seem to belong. Arne's star is certainly
the MSX source, and is recorded elsewhere:
18:07:20.41 -27:24:32.6 (Henden)
18 07 20.363 -27 24 32.28 (GSC-2.2, crowded)
18 07 20.7 -27 24 32 (MSX)
18 07 20.39 -27 24 32.3 (2MASS, saturated at H and K)
...also six detections in USNO-B1.0 applying to this object within 5" radius
