CCD observations of 26 March 2003 observer: Berto Monard MLF, Pretoria, South Africa Bronberg observatory / CBA Pretoria location: -25 º 54' 48", 28º 26' 44"E, altitude 1590m instrumentation: LX200 12" f/4.2 with ST-7E, unfiltered conditions: clear, moderate seeing Images of the sky area of IGR J16358-4726 were taken at the Bronberg Observatory centred on UT 20030326.84 . The stacked image, with a limiting magnitude exceeding 19.5CR, was inspected for an optical counterpart over an area of 1' around the position given in ATEL #131. No new objects were visible to a magnitude of 19.5CR by comparison to images of the Digitized Sky Survey/ generation 1 and generation 2/red and 2/IR.
