Nova Sgr 2002 (No. 3): prediscovery positive observation on Sep. 18
We have received the following prediscovery observation from
Tsutomu Hishikura (Yokohama, Kanagawa, Japan).
The observation was done on Sep. 18.465 UT, with f=200 f/2.8 lens +
Tri-X 400 emulsion. The nova was positively detected on six exposures
(exposure time 3-4 min). Hishikura estimated the magnitude of the nova
to be 5.5.
