Subject: KL Dra: bright!!! Date: Sun, 16 Jun 2002 02:06:21 +0200 (CEST) From: gian.masi@flashnet.it Dear Colleagues, we are performing time-resolved CCD photometry on this star. A quick check gives it at R=16.2 (unfiltered), so the star is still at its maximum. We are working with the 0.8m, f/8 reflector at Campocatino Astronomical Observatory (Italy). Our plans are to contuinue this run for about 3 hours. So, wheater permitting, we will have a light curve to share with the VSNET Collaboration Team. Regards, Gianluca Masi, Ugo Tagliaferri. PS: We report the accurate astrometry for this star: RA= 19h24m38.25s Decl= +59d41'46.5" (J2000.0); 83 reference stars where used from USNO A2.0 (mean residuals = 0.25"). In addition, here is the magnitude of the star, in the VSNET format: DRAKL 20020615.8514 162Rc Masi, Tagliaferri
