Hi,
I have been away for a short time and like to report the following observations of the SN in NGC 1448.
SN2001el 20010926.081 128 MLF
SN2001el 20011001.965 126 MLF
From these observations it is likely that the peak of maximum brightness was missed. I do hope that some other observers have covered that period.
