NOTE: unfortunately these reference stars ain't in the same UCAC field as
WR104, but it is an immediately adjacent field.

I suppose USNO A2.0 "colours" could be used to select a subset of UCAC
stars in the WR104 field that aren't too red, and then a local conversion
routine assumed from the above???
