RZ Leo: early superhumps update
Dear Colleagues,
By combining the early epoch data from Billings (vsnet-alert 5461),
the period of the early superhumps has been updated to 0.07631 d, which
is perfectly consistent with our previous determination. If we adopt
the refined "true" superhump period of 0.0787 d (vsnet-alert 5462),
the fractional superhump excess to that of early superhumps becomes
3.1%, which is a very acceptable value as a fractional superhump excess
for an object of this orbital period.
More details analysis (and observation of course!) is continuously
in progress, and will be presented by Ishioka-san.
Good luck for your observations!
Regards,
VSNET Collaboration team
