[vsnet-alert 4539] XTE J1118+480 optical counterpart: unfiltered CCD magnitude and astrometry

please find attached the following magnitude estimate for the object in the subject:

XTEJ1118+480   20000401.8247  13.04C 

This *unfiltered* CCD estimate uses the GSC 3451:1612 as reference star (V mag from Tycho
catalogue: 10.964).

Astrometry follows (cfr vsnet-alert 4511):

XTEJ1118+480    RA:11h18m10.56s  Decl: +48d02'12.9"  (J2000.0)

Seven reference stars from USNO A2.0 have been used; mean residuals: 0.22".
