Even after looking at this image, I do not come to have a firm
impression that it is really a stellar object.  It would be possibly
resolved if Odd provides the image in FITS format or else which does
not saturate.  For my impression, however, the appearance of UGC 4872
in Odd's image is not different from that in DSS2.  

Needless to say, it comes to be clear if the confirmational
observation will be done with the same equipment which had observed
UGC 4872.  It can be done by Mike, who is the only person having the
previous image (or someone else?).  Can you, Mike?  I guess the
suspected object is so dimmer to do spectroscopy with my consultable 
telescope.
