Hi,
no new object was visually detected this morning within the error circle of
the transient up to a visual magnitude of about 14.7 at the given
position:
17h 47m 07s.0 -28o 45' 09" (J2000.0), error 1'
The only object seen was around magnitude 14.7. It is located about 1' West
of the most Southerly of the two bright (around magn. 11.5) stars. This object
is shown on DSS1 and on DSS2 (red) and about magnitude 14.7
from (uncalibrated) USNO-A2.0 data.
