[vsnet-alert 4367] GRS 1915+105 multiwavelength campaign in 2000 April


   Forwarded invitation to multiwavelength campaign from Ueda-san.
Note: GRS 1915+105 is observable in infrared to radio due to the large
extinction in optical wavelengths.

GRS 1915+105 multiwavelength campaign in 2000 April

We are going to perform a big multiwavelentgh campaign of the
microquaser (Galactic superluminal source) GRS 1915+105 from 2000
April 17.5 (UT) to April 25.5, with ASCA (X-ray), RXTE (X-ray),
OSSE/CGRO (gamma-ray), and ground-based observations in radio and IR.

We encourage whoever interested to make ground observations during
this period. For details, please contact Yoshihiro Ueda
(ueda@astro.isas.ac.jp).
