I note that USNO-A2.0 position for Kato's candidate, presumably closer
to the ACT system since this catalogue was used for the reduction, is a bit
off from Gordon's place: 10 28 23.24 -58 57 58.7. The USNO-A2.0 magnitudes
are: mb=18.7 and mr=17.7.
Has anyone begun to use Tycho-2 for astrometry yet?
