  Dear Colleagues,

  Astrometry and photometry of TmzV85 on 22/23.1.2000
at Nyrola observatory. Observers Marko Moilanen and Arto Oksanen.
Instrument Meade16" + ST7E CCD unfiltered. Unfavourable conditions
(Moon, haze and aurorae) forced an exposure length of 120s.

  Astrometry on 38 frames yielded the following result
using USNO-A2.0 as reference catalogue:

  RA: 10 43 56.83	Dec: +58 07 32.2 (J2000.0)

  The result confirms the astrometry by Yamaoka.

  Photometry on 22/23.1.2000 shows one eclipse.
Reported accuracy is 0.1 mag, seq. Henden.
