Now, that is surprising. Brian found a star in USNO-A2.0
with coordinates
KZ Gem: 6 53 02.47 +16 40 00.1 (2000)
Gordon did a solution with respect to GSC-ACT and got
06 53 02.47 +16 39 58.8
which differs from the USNO-A2.0 position by 1.3arcsec in Dec.
Since USNO-A2.0 was created using ACT, this means either (a)
this object has a fair amount of proper motion, or (b) there
is a problem with USNO-A or GSC-ACT at this position. Can
you check a couple of other stars in the field to see if they
have similar errors?
