Subject: Possible Supernova in NGC 5322

In a CCD Supernova search patrol, I found a stellar object in NGC 5322.

May 19.1521 U.T., Mccd=16.93, 121"West 51"South of galaxy center.

Aprox. coordinates of the star are:
R.A. 13h 48m 59.1s
Dec 60o 10 38"

No known minor planets, brighter than V = 20, were found in the 30-arcminute
region around NGC 5322 (R.A. = 13 49.3, Decl. = +60 12, J2000.0) on
1999 05 19.15 UT, in the CBAT minor planet checker.

Nothing appear on Digital Sky Survey.

Equipment: S/C 0.3m F3.3+CCD 30seg

Confirmation is required.

I attach the image.
