New UGSU: star S10943
According to IBVS 4622, Richter et al. discovered a new ROSAT selected
dwarf nova.
S10943 = RX J1953.1+2115

UGSU:
The object showed rather frequent outbursts. During the decline they
discovered a possible periodicity of 0.1196 d. The value, if considered
as the superhump period, is close to TU Men, the SU UMa-type object above
the period gap.
Observations are encouraged.
