Dear Colleagues,
just got a CCD frame on the star in the subject and performed astrometry
(reference stars form USNO A1.0).

V592 Her
RA:    16h 30m 56.42s
Delta: +21d 16' 58.3"  (J2000)

Mean residuals: 0.22"

Unfortunately, clouds prevent me from making time series photometry.
