[vsnet-alert 876] active state of MV Lyr

  The VY Scl-type novalike cataclysmic variable MV Lyr is getting active
again.  The last active state of this system was observed in 1997 February to
March, preceded by an extended faint state starting in 1995 February, which
was interrupted by two outbursts in 1995 May - June and 1996 August - September.
