[vsnet-alert 299] sudden drop of Nova Cas 1995

Nova Cas 1995 is apparently showing a sudden drop by 0.2 mag/day as the
following V-band observations indicate. This may be an indication of
the start of dust minimum suggested by Shore and Starrfield. Follow-up
observations are highly encouraged.
