[vsnet-alert 261] Outbursts of Z Cha and OY Car

Frank Bateson (New Zealand VSO) informs me that the two southern
eclipsing SU UMa stars, Z Cha and OY Car are both in outburst.
This is second-hand as Frank is not on the internet.

OY Car started its outburst on Oct 29th and is in super-outburst.
It can be expected to last for up to 20 days. Here are some
numbers:

Oct 30 02:25 UT, V = 12.1
Oct 30 11:05 UT, V = 12.0
Nov 02 12:43 UT, V = 11.8
Nov 02 13:09 UT, V = 11.7
Nov 03 10:20 UT, V = 12.0 

Z Cha was caught rising to outburst on November 2, 08:45 UT at V = 12.6.
At this early stage the nature of this outburst is not clear, but it is 
expected to be a superoutburst as well.
