I am Minoru Yamamot, Okazaki,Aich,Japan.
I discovered a possible nova in Cas on Aug.26.567UT
at mag 9.2 on a T-Max400 exposure with a 200mm f/4.0
lenz and PO0 filter.
The position is R.A.=01h02m11s, Decl.=53d46' equinox
1950.0.
The corresponding 2000.0-position is R.A.=01h05m09s
Decl.=53d46'.
The magnitude estimates: Jul 24<10.
Can someone please confirm a nova or a known variable ?
