Nova Sagittarii 1994
P.M. Kilmartin, Mt John, has re-reduced the measurements of the astrograph
films using PPM positions for the nine stars and obtains
(2000.0) Mean rediduals

So it appears that Brian Skiff's Star 1 is a most promising candidate.
