Nova Oph 1994: revision of Yamamoto's mag.

Nova Oph 1994

 1) M. Yamamoto has provided a re-measurement of his discovery film (IAUC
6001) using Hipparcos Input Catalogue V sequence.
   The revised result is as follows.

1994 06 02.621   7.2  mpvHI #Yamamoto, M.       200-mm +T-Max400+PO0  IAUC 6001

 2) S. Takahashi informs us that the decline of the nova seems to has
    slowed down.
