mini-outburst of Q Cyg

Dear colleagues,

Thank you for your cooperation and sending us useful
information around July 11, without which the exciting and
fruitful CVs theory/observation session on July 11 at Ouda
Station could not have ended with such a great success.

Now we are getting and will be getting continuous CCD
photometry of quiescent old nova Q Cyg to detect short-term
variation during its current mini-outburst (or a flare)
communicated by Gary Poyner. Please continue careful observation
of Q Cyg, and let me know the result immediately via vsnet.
If you are interested in international joint observation,
please let me know. We are using a 60-cm reflector at Ouda
Station, LN2-cooled automated CCD, and the Johnson V-filter.

Best regards,
Daisaku Nogami
