Dear Taichi and Yasuto,
On January 19.14 (UT) 1994, I estimated N Cas 1993's magnitude at 7.7,
using comparison stars from the chart in AAVSO Alert Notice 179. The
estimate was made with 5 cm (7x) binoculars.
