FTP, very minor errors

Thanks for the reference to ftp.funet.fi: /pub/astro/obsdbase/n93_cas.dat.
(Of course, with that info I was able to retrieve it easily. Partly, I failed
earlier because I tried to look for the strings "nova" and "Cassio". Logical
though it may be, "cas" didn't seem substantial enough. It is unfortunate
there is no short, standard string to identify events or objects. Also, I
learned something about nomenclature in the 90's. In my vocabulary, "dbase"
has a couple of specific meanings; but obviously, it is used there in a very
general sense. If the directory had been named "obsdata", I probably would
have found it.)
The following records in the file contain "," instead of ".". As a result,
they all appear out of order in the file.
