Time system is Universal Time. Magnitudes are calculated from Pogson's
step method. CL = class: estimated accuracy of observation; 1 = good
(+/- 0.1 mag.), 2 = fair (+/- 0.2 mag.). CD = code: I = in-focus obser-
vation, O = out-of-focus observation. Instrument (type, aperture in mm
and magnification): C = catadioptric telescope; L = refractor; M = New-
tonian reflector. This report contains new (*) and revised observations
(#) since Report No. 14 (1994 February 18).
Comparison stars (idenfifications and V-magnitudes): 12 = 10.37; 13 =
10.92; 14 = 11.17; Pm = 11.5; 15 = 11.83; Qm = 12.2; 16 = 12.52. Iden-
tifications: The Astronomer (9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14) and NAS.VSS (Pm, Qm).
Magnitudes are from TA E-Circular 806 (9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16)
and visual estimates by NAS.VSS observers (Pm, Qm). Magnitudes for num-
bered stars are due to Brian Skiff, Lowell Observatory.
Observers: Bjoern H. Granslo (Fjellhamar, Norway); Oernulf Midtskogen
(Tranby, Norway).
