Wakuda's object in Sagittarius (peculiar(?) variable in Sagittarius)

 (1) Minoru Yamamoto (Okazaki, Aichi, Japan) has examined his archival
photographs (200-mm lens with a PO0 filter) and reported following results.
The data have been communicated from Kenji Hirosawa (VSOLJ, e-mail:
NCB00451@niftyserve.or.jp).

   1985-1991  19 exposures
              no images were detected to a limiting magnitude of 11.0
   1992       4  exposures
              no images were detected to a limiting magnitude of 11.0
   1993     2/25   [ 10.5

   The dates represent JST, so some of them differs from UT by one day.

 (2) Tomohiro Hirayama (NAO) has forwarded the following position.

==============================================================================
>From ohiraya@c1.mtk.nao.ac.jp Thu Mar 31 08:05:11 1994

The reported position (18h51m43s -19o45'56", 1950.0) is measured by
M. Wakuda on display of GSC; he says that the errors may be within
10 arcsec in both coordinates.
