The ALEXIS satellite has observed a potential transient in the 130 angstrom telescope at location:
ra: 01 28 33.4 dec: -56 22 33
The outburst began about 12 UT 25 July, 1996 and was still in progress during the last satellite contact at 19 UT 25 July, 1996. Follow up groundbased observations would be appreciated.
